Eight Shelburne Deeds Recorded in August, None With a Disclosed Sale Price
SHELBURNE -- Eight deeds were recorded in Shelburne between July 31 and Aug. 29, but none disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median could be calculated for the period. The most recent transaction was 104 Old Village Road, sold Aug. 24 from Greenfield Savings Bank to Jacqueline H. Baker, though its price also was not disclosed. Two of the eight deeds named Greenfield Savings Bank as seller, and three involved a family trust or estate, including two deeds recorded the same day for 439 South Shelburne Road. Because no considerations were reported, the data does not support a conclusion about pricing trends this period.
