Eight Shelburne Deeds Recorded in Late Summer, Most Prices Undisclosed
Eight property deeds were recorded in Shelburne between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only two disclosed a sale price. Those two sales ranged from $50,000 to $60,000, with a median of $55,000. The highest-priced disclosed transaction was 675 Patten Rd, which sold for $60,000 on Aug. 25 from Trevor L. Woodard to Franklin First Federal Credit Union and Greylock FCU. Banks or credit unions appeared as buyer or seller on five of the eight deeds, and three transfers moved property within the same family or trust. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a broader read on market direction.
