Nine Shelburne deeds recorded in July, but only one sale price disclosed

Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded nine Shelburne property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one listed a sale price: $100,000 for 97 Smead Hill Rd., sold by Justin R. Norman and Asha G. Cahillane to Greenfield Cooperative Bank. The other eight sales, including deeds on Cross Street, Dragon Hill Road, Colrain Shelburne Road, Shelburne Center Road, Bardwells Ferry Road and Main Street, did not disclose a price. Banks or mortgage entities were party to five of the nine transactions. With pricing data available for only one sale, no meaningful market-wide price trend can be drawn from this period's deed records.
