Nine Shelburne property transfers were recorded between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only four carried a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $50,000 to $192,000 with a median of $80,000. The period's top recorded sale was a $192,000 transfer to Sayagi U Ba Khin Memorial Trust of Massachusetts Inc., sold by William M. Bridges. Patten Road and South Shelburne Road each saw two transfers. Five of the nine deeds, including two involving family trusts, had no price on record yet, and banks or credit unions appeared as a party in five of the nine transactions. Additional pricing detail is expected as remaining deeds post to the registry.
