Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded five Shelburne property transfers between July 24 and August 22, but only one, 104 Old Village Road at $262,000, included a recorded sale price, making that figure both the range and the median for the period. Two transactions named a bank as buyer:

Two transactions named a bank as buyer: Greenfield Savings Bank and Greenfield Cooperative Bank, both recorded August 4. Acorn Holdings LLC was the seller in two separate deeds that same day. The remaining sales, at 9 Mechanic Street, 2 Cross Street and 108 Colrain Shelburne Road, carried no price recorded yet. With four of five prices not yet recorded, the data does not support a read on market tone this period.
