Shelburne records five deed transfers in past month, only one sale price disclosed

Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded five Shelburne property transfers between July 24 and August 22, but only one, 104 Old Village Road at $262,000, included a disclosed sale price, making that figure both the range and the median for the period. Two transactions named a bank as buyer: Greenfield Savings Bank and Greenfield Cooperative Bank, both recorded August 4. Acorn Holdings LLC was the seller in two separate deeds that same day. The remaining sales, at 9 Mechanic Street, 2 Cross Street and 108 Colrain Shelburne Road, carried no disclosed price. With four of five prices undisclosed, the data does not support a read on market tone this period.
