Seven property transfers were recorded in Shelburne between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $262,000 for 104 Old Village Rd., sold by Jacqueline H. and Jacqueline J. Baker to Greenfield Savings Bank on Aug. 4. The other six transfers, including two same-day Dragon Hill Road transactions tied to a family trust, listed no consideration amount. With price data disclosed on only one of seven deeds, the period offers little basis for judging whether Shelburne's market ran active or quiet by value.
