Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Shelburne property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Five carried a sale price, ranging from $50,000 to $360,000, with a median of $192,000; the other six had not yet had prices recorded. The month's largest transaction was the $360,000 sale of 1105 Mohawk Trail from Arrowhead Shops Inc to Mohawk LLC on Sept. 24. Patten Road, Mechanic Street and South Shelburne Road each saw two transfers. Bank buyers appeared in at least three deeds, and several transfers moved property into family trusts. The data shows moderate sales volume for the period, without a clear price trend.
