Shelburne sees 10 property transfers in July, only one sale price disclosed
Ten property deeds were recorded in Shelburne between July 6 and July 27, but only one transaction disclosed a sale price: $100,000 for 97 Smead Hill Road, sold by Justin R. Norman and Asha G. Cahillane to Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Main Street and Dragon Hill Road each saw two transfers, with the Dragon Hill Road deeds reflecting a transfer within the same family's trust. Four of the 10 deeds listed a bank or mortgage entity as buyer or seller. With price data disclosed on just one of 10 sales, the month's records offer limited visibility into actual Shelburne market values.
